Product Owner - HRIS

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner - HRIS Data Platform Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product vision into well-defined, prioritized backlog items
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment with architecture and technical feasibility
• Create and manage detailed user stories for API integrations, Kafka streaming, and data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or enterprise application integration
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Hands-on experience with Java-based APIs and Kafka or event-driven architecture
• Strong understanding of data lineage and data flow concepts
