Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner II responsible for delivering customer-focused product increments through effective team management and agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value
• Lead development teams in delivering product increments while ensuring adherence to Agile principles
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product vision and delivery strategies

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and/or product certificate required; graduate degree preferred
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5-7 years of Product Owner or Agile delivery experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is an asset
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications or experience is considered an asset
