Product Owner II

Job Summary

Representing the voice of the customer, the full-time remote Product Owner II will manage a large product or set of products, defining the product vision and roadmap while prioritizing the backlog and communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and communicate the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing the backlog based on strategic intent
• Write user stories, specify acceptance criteria, and collaborate with the delivery team to support Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD)
• Engage with customers and stakeholders, advocating for their needs while focusing on outcomes over outputs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant business, analytical, technical, or product experience, or 10 years of combined higher education and work experience
• Experience prioritizing across competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment
• Understanding of Design Thinking principles and product design best practices
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices
• Experience collaborating with user experience teams on product design
