Product Owner II

Job Summary

Representing the voice of the customer in a remote full-time capacity, the Product Owner II will manage the Oracle EPM Cloud environment by defining the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring alignment with business strategy while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and communicate the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing backlogs based on strategic intent
• Write user stories, groom the backlog, and specify acceptance criteria to support Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD)
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams, using a matrixed approach to advocate for customer benefits and ensure product alignment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant business, analytical, technical, or product experience, or 10 years of combined higher education and work experience
• Expertise in the Oracle EPM Cloud environment
• Experience prioritizing across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Design Thinking principles and Agile methodologies
• Experience in product design and development best practices
