Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional Agile team, the contract Product Owner - Insurance Data will focus on developing and enhancing a modern data lake using Databricks, translating business needs into scalable data solutions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Product Owner for a Databricks-focused Agile development team
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog aligned with business goals and roadmap
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on data lake design, ensuring delivery of high-quality data solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile environments
• Experience working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar enterprise Agile models
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data lakes, and modern data architecture
• Experience supporting teams using Databricks or similar technologies
• Domain experience in healthcare or insurance, particularly with products and benefits
