Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner, LIMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlogs for various internal systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance
• Lead cross-functional discovery to identify and prioritize user needs across multiple teams
• Collaborate with various departments to create user-friendly and compliant workflows and interfaces

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management, product ownership, or service-design experience in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Design/UX, Engineering, and Compliance
• Familiarity with diagnostics and lab workflows is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or design/UX education preferred
