Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner, LIMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product backlogs for various workflows, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs
• Lead cross-functional discovery to identify and prioritize user needs across multiple teams
• Collaborate with various departments to create clinically accurate and user-friendly workflows and interfaces

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of product management, product ownership, or service-design experience in a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Design/UX and Engineering
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or design/UX education preferred
• Familiarity with diagnostics, lab workflows, and healthcare communication is a plus
