Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner, Operational Products and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for operational tools, workflows, and automations to reduce manual effort and operational risk
• Manage data quality and platform integrity, including monitoring and onboarding standards
• Serve as the primary product partner to operations teams, translating needs into backlog priorities

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Product Owner or backlog owner in an Agile delivery environment
• Experience delivering internal or operational products, including workflow design and automation
• Strong technical aptitude in operationally sensitive environments
• Proven track record of managing competing priorities and making informed trade-off decisions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
