Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and development teams
• Translate client requests into clear and effective system enhancement specifications
• Prioritize features based on business impact and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements for software products
• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role influencing product delivery
• Proven ability to analyze requests and define optimal solutions
• Experience working with SaaS or enterprise-level platforms in cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, MS Word, and Excel
