Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or experience in clinical/diagnostic labs preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in product ownership or management within a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with agile methodologies and translating complex requirements into actionable user stories
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Quality/Regulatory
