Product Owner (Payments)

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Product Owner (Payments) will manage the product backlog, translate stakeholder needs into user stories, and ensure a consistent workflow for the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for Payment Experience, aligning it with product and company goals
• Break down initiatives into user stories with clear problem statements, acceptance criteria, and dependencies
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and engineering, ensuring clarity and communication throughout the development process

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• Two or more years of experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven track record of outcome-focused delivery
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria, with familiarity in tools like Jira and Confluence
• Preferred experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS, along with relevant certifications
