Product Owner, P&C Insurance

Job Summary

To support the Surplus & Specialty Lines Digital Services team, the remote Product Owner, P&C Insurance will manage stakeholder engagement, prioritize product backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Represent stakeholder needs and align product strategy with business objectives
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and validate deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience as an IT Product Owner or in a similar role related to digital delivery
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows and systems
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus
