Product Owner - P&C Insurance

Job Summary

Driving the evolution of a market-leading billing and payments platform, the full-time remote Product Owner - P&C Insurance will manage the product backlog, define product capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance billing operations for Property & Casualty insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value and align with strategic objectives
• Define and manage epics, features, user stories, and functional requirements for billing and payment capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market needs and validate delivered functionality for successful outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis within insurance technology
• Deep expertise in Property & Casualty insurance billing operations and workflows
• Hands-on experience with insurance carriers or insurance software vendors
• Strong understanding of insurance billing, payment processing, and financial transactions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
