Job Summary
Operating remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Owner II - Project Alignment will manage communication between Product Owners and Project Managers, ensuring effective project execution by translating issues and priorities while identifying risks and facilitating resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the product voice to ensure Project Management delivery concerns are addressed across the Product Owner and development organizations
- Retrieve and translate Project Management issues into product-relevant language, ensuring informed decision-making by Product Owners
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify and flag risks, providing actionable recommendations for resolution
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or equivalent in a B2B context, with a background in project documentation and development team collaboration
- Experience operating across both Product and Project Management, understanding the dynamics and needs of both roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of leading discussions with mixed business and technical participants
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, along with active use of modern AI tools in workflow
- Ability to identify risks and frame them in a way that drives actionable responses
