Product Owner - Protection & Control

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Product Owner - Protection & Control will maximize the value of distribution and industrial network products by translating market needs into actionable requirements and managing the product backlog.

Key responsibilities

• Defining a clear product vision that aligns customer value with technical feasibility and business objectives
• Translating complex market needs into detailed, actionable requirements for research and development teams
• Collaborating across engineering, quality, and commercial teams to support effective product delivery and market success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field
• Substantive experience in product management, systems, or application engineering within power systems or protection and control
• Deep working knowledge of protection and control relays and digital substation technologies
• Ability to communicate technical visions effectively in English to diverse audiences
• Experience managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments, both independently and through collaboration
