Lead the rollout and adoption of the CRM platform across various teams
Manage the end-to-end product experience for partners, including feedback prioritization and journey building
Implement AI solutions to enhance BD/AM workflows and support acquisition and retention efforts

Required Qualifications

Proven product ownership experience
Experience in CRM integration and management
Track record of shipping effective conversion funnels
Hands-on experience with AI in a revenue context
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics
