Product Owner, Risk & Operations

Job Summary

To support the Risk & Operations domain, the fully remote Product Owner will manage product offerings related to payments, loan servicing, and compliance workflows, while maximizing development team output and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize the success of the Risk & Operations product domain by effectively prioritizing and managing the product backlog
• Lead collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, executable requirements
• Participate in roadmap strategy discussions and drive alignment across teams to adapt and communicate the product vision

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in product management or product ownership
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• CSPO or related certification preferred
• Technical ability to translate complex operational and compliance requirements into clear business needs
• Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or a regulated financial services environment preferred but not required
