Product Owner Scrum Master

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Product Owner / Scrum Master will manage product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product backlog management, defining and prioritizing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices while removing impediments for the development team
• Communicate product vision and roadmap while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an Agile environment as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a closely related role
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence
• Strong strategic thinking and servant leadership skills
• Knowledge of basic SQL queries is a plus
