Job Summary
Owning the product vision and roadmap, the senior Product Owner / Scrum Master will prioritize the backlog for maximum value and outcomes while facilitating agile processes in a remote, on-demand capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Platform Product and Core Intelligence, prioritizing the backlog for maximum value
- Represent stakeholders and users by defining sprint goals, success metrics, and acceptance criteria, while signing off on delivered work
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach the team on agile practices, managing dependencies and surfacing risks early
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master on technical software products
- Proficiency in agile/Scrum facilitation and backlog management using tools like Jira or Azure Boards
- Strong skills in product ownership vision, roadmapping, and value-based prioritization
- Technical literacy to understand APIs, data flows, and integrations
- Experience in platform, data, or AI product delivery is preferred
