Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner - People Center (ServiceNow).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and align the product roadmap with organizational objectives
• Create and prioritize the product backlog to steer platform advancement and support user story development
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine features, and monitor product performance for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• 8-10 years of HR-related business and service delivery experience, including digital upgrades and transformations
• Advanced working knowledge of ServiceNow
• Proven track record of defining and implementing best practices and industry standards
• Authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future
