Product Owner - ServiceNow

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner - People Center (ServiceNow).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and manage the product backlog to enhance the ServiceNow HRSD platform
• Define and communicate the product vision and align the roadmap with organizational objectives
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Operations Management, or related field
• 8-10 years of HR-related business and service delivery experience, including digital upgrades and transformations
• Advanced working knowledge of ServiceNow
• Proven track record of defining and implementing best practices and industry standards
• Authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future
