Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Owner - Shop Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve technician-facing capabilities to enhance workflow efficiency and usability
  • Prioritize initiatives that improve technician productivity and reduce workflow friction
  • Conduct technician interviews and field research to inform product direction and translate insights into user stories
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within a SaaS or technology-driven organization
  • Experience owning a product backlog and delivering customer-facing software features in an Agile environment
  • Direct experience in a commercial repair environment or building software solutions for technicians is preferred
  • Familiarity with automotive or commercial repair terminology and operational realities
