Job Summary

Seeking a Product Owner (Wealth & Trading) with trading experience, the full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid from locations including Krakow, London, Barcelona, Madrid, or Dubai, and is responsible for owning the product roadmap, driving team goals, and maximizing product impact through data analysis and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the roadmap for products and features from ideation to maintenance
• Setting team goals and success metrics aligned with company objectives
• Driving product impact based on data analysis and market research

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a high-growth tech company or banking/finance-related field
• 2+ years of experience working on technical products such as platforms or data systems
• 1+ years of experience managing teams across Engineering, Operations, and Design
• High analytical and technical acumen with a solid business sense for ROI-based prioritization
• Experience developing and launching products from scratch
