Job Summary

Driving high-impact integrations and commercial partnerships, the full-time remote Product Partner Manager will manage a focused portfolio of strategic partners, overseeing the partner lifecycle from relationship building to execution and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit app and technology partners to enhance merchant capabilities on Shopify
• Push partners to accelerate API adoption and improve integration quality for better merchant experiences
• Negotiate commercial agreements and build joint go-to-market plans to grow partner revenue

Required Qualifications

• Experience building partnerships end-to-end with measurable business impact
• Ability to distinguish between high-quality and mediocre integrations, and improve them
• Proven track record of negotiating fair commercial agreements
• Comfortable engaging with both executive-level partners and technical teams
• Skilled in moving deals forward across cross-functional teams without excessive committee involvement
