Key Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, close, and manage strategic partnerships with various technology providers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner integrations that enhance platform value
• Develop and maintain technical and partnership documentation for internal and external audiences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product partnerships or a technical sales role
• Strong technical literacy, comfortable with API documentation and integration workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in HR or Fintech is a plus
