Job Summary
Supporting the Product Operations team, the full-time Product Performance Analyst will enhance tools and analytics for Product Management, focusing on AI solutions, product health dashboards, and workflow optimizations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support Product Operations tools and assist with AI solutions and workflow automations
- Maintain product health dashboards and adoption metrics to facilitate data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Related work experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or similar roles
- Familiarity with tools such as Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Replit, or Power BI is a plus
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and AI tools
