Product & Platform Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and governance of technology platforms, the full-time remote Product & Platform Manager will oversee Salesforce CRM and participant education platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing referral workflows in the institutional business sector.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the internal product owner for the institutional technology stack, maintaining platform roadmaps and enforcing data governance
• Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce CRM, developing workflows and reporting to support retirement plan relationships and advisor activities
• Oversee participant education platforms, collaborating with stakeholders to boost engagement and track conversion rates from education to referrals

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product/platform management or technology operations, preferably in financial services or wealth management
• Direct experience with Salesforce, including configuration and administration (certification preferred)
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional platform initiatives and driving user adoption
• Strong understanding of retirement plan ecosystems and wealth management referral dynamics
• Familiarity with participant education or financial wellness platforms is a plus
