Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute red-teaming evaluations to identify political and ideological bias in AI systems
• Prioritize high-risk areas and pivot between structured red-teaming programs and rapid-response evaluations
• Communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders and support product development with risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in technology and public policy/governance issues
• Understanding of the political and policy environment in the United States
• Interest in Generative AI products/technology
• Experience working independently on complex problems
