Product Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the mission to end avoidable blindness globally, the remote Product Portfolio Manager will shape and prioritize the development of the Cybersight product portfolio, including telemedicine and e-learning tools, while engaging with stakeholders and overseeing product testing and improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct product testing to identify issues and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop high-impact product enhancements
• Engage with stakeholders to validate user needs and ensure product relevance in diverse contexts

Required qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in product management or related roles within enterprise, NGO, or healthcare settings
• Experience managing multiple digital products or platforms
• Familiarity with web-based and mobile-responsive SaaS applications
• Preferred experience in digital health or working in low- to middle-income country contexts
