Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver demonstrations of Customer Service Automation solutions across the CCaaS platform
Evaluate and document prospect's infrastructure, identifying opportunities for solutions
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop innovative customer-centric solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technology field; MBA preferred
7+ years of hands-on technical experience in solutions engineering or sales architecture
7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience
5+ years of contact center experience
Knowledge of chatbot, automation, virtual agents, and conversational AI solutions
