Product Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Summary

To support the presale function, the remote Product Pre-Sales Engineer will engage with strategic accounts, define technical solution strategies using AI-driven customer service automation, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to enhance customer self-service experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver demonstrations of customer service automation solutions across the CCaaS platform
• Evaluate and document prospects' infrastructure to identify opportunities for NICE solutions
• Lead discovery calls and partner with sales and engineering teams to address customer needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technology field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of technical experience in solutions engineering or sales architecture
• 5+ years of contact center experience
• Knowledge of chatbot, automation, and conversational AI solutions
• Understanding of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
