Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product, Privacy and Data Protection Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel Product, Marketing, and business teams on legal and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose solutions to mitigate them
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements to support business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a product counsel role at a law firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in regulatory compliance within a law firm or corporate environment
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations such as RESPA, UDAAP, and GLBA
• Willingness to learn new technology and demonstrate digital fluency
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
