Product Production Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating closely with leadership and internal teams, the onsite Product Production Designer will focus on creating production-ready design files and supporting day-to-day creative operations for a dynamic consumer product team in the entertainment industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the new product development process by attending creative concept and planning meetings with stakeholders and freelancers
• Collaborate with the Product Development Manager and freelancers to consolidate design concepts and ensure alignment through approval stages
• Create and produce supplier-ready technical packs for new products to enhance understanding and expedite the sampling process

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product production design within the consumer goods sector
• Demonstrated experience creating final production files and technical packaging
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Familiarity with current AI tools in design and the ability to navigate specific requirements for product concepting
• Strong production and technical skills, including knowledge of color theory and matching for physical products
