• Facilitate collaboration between operational and technical teams across different time zones
• Gather and analyze requirements, track feature progress, and deliver release updates
• Participate in meetings to ensure alignment and communication between teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product/Project Management or Operations Coordination
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or Monday
• Fluent in English (C1+) and Russian (C1+)
• Ability to work mainly during Pacific Time hours
