Product Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Product Proposal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the proposal process and respond to RFIs and RFPs
• Develop and manage the proposal team, assigning resources and overseeing proposal preparation
• Facilitate storyboarding sessions and ensure integration of proposal strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Federal government contract proposal writing or coordination
• Experience in the Federal Government RFP procurement process
• Experience developing proposals utilizing the Shipley method
• Proficient in MS Office and MS365 document management tools
