Product QA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product QA Specialist to bridge product development and organizational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between Engineering and other teams regarding product updates and issues
• Conduct end-to-end QA testing for all product releases and establish effective QA processes
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and external product resources for team and user support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Ops, QA, Health Tech, or Engineering Support
• Hands-on experience managing QA workflows in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and independently in developing systems and processes
• Experience creating documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with security and compliance best practices, particularly in healthcare settings
