Product Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and usability of digital products supporting a paid leave benefit program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support planning, analysis, and execution of QA activities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Write, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality service delivery and log detailed bug reports

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience conducting manual testing of software products
• Understanding of QA methodologies including manual, automated, integration, and performance testing
• Strong analytical skills in test planning and risk evaluation
• Ability to work independently and adjust to changing project needs
• High level of attention to detail and strong documentation abilities
