Job Summary
Working remotely from Ohio, the part-time Product Quality Assurance Agent will manage communications with dealership partners, document information, and provide excellent customer service to resolve issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Receive calls from dealers and gather necessary information
- Deliver timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
- Meet quality and productivity targets by understanding project operations and workflow processes
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts
