Job Summary

Working remotely from Michigan, the part-time Product Quality Assurance Agent will engage with dealership partners to document information and provide excellent customer service while resolving issues efficiently and meeting productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Receive calls from dealers and gather necessary information
• Deliver timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
• Meet quality and productivity targets by understanding project operations and workflow processes

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong computer navigation and typing skills
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts
