Product Quality Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Quality Director - Synthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional quality leadership and manage complex deliverables for late phase and commercial programs
• Offer expertise in science and risk-based evaluation of processes and product quality data
• Lead a Product Quality Team, overseeing product stability programs and providing guidance to team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years, Master's Degree with 7 years, or Doctorate Degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Advanced degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical experience in quality, analytical development, or similar fields
• 6+ years in a regulated environment with direct GMP experience
• 4 years of experience managing teams or leading projects
