Product Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Product Quality Engineer, a full-time remote position responsible for owning the feedback loop between users and the product, ensuring critical bugs and customer insights are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage an AI-native Voice of the Customer program to gather and synthesize user feedback
• Develop feedback loops that translate customer experiences into real-time product decisions
• Serve as the senior escalation point for critical customer issues and act as a product expert across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Deep product and technical knowledge with experience in technical support, software engineering, or a quality-adjacent role
• Strong debugging and reproduction skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, distinguishing between critical and non-critical issues
• High ownership mentality regarding product quality
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to navigate fast-paced environments
