Product Readiness Manager

Job Summary

As a strategic liaison, the remote Product & Solution Readiness Manager will manage the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and routing of enablement requests related to new product launches and updates, ensuring alignment with broader go-to-market priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end enablement intake process for new product and solution requests
• Develop and maintain a multi-quarter enablement plan aligned with strategic priorities
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess enablement effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• Experience in revenue enablement, product management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product lifecycle
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in developing and executing enablement plans
• Familiarity with tracking and reporting systems for enablement requests
