Product Readiness Manager

Job Summary

Managing cross-functional readiness activities for New Product Introductions (NPI) and major product releases, the full-time remote Product Readiness Manager will coordinate launch plans, track dependencies, and ensure operational readiness to facilitate successful market introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product readiness activities, ensuring plans, owners, and dependencies are documented and tracked
• Build and maintain readiness plans and status updates to provide visibility into launch progress and risks
• Facilitate readiness meetings and support go/no-go readiness reviews by consolidating inputs from stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Project/Program Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or product operations in a software/SaaS environment
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product and Engineering teams
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Ability to synthesize information into clear status updates and action-oriented recommendations
