Product Readiness Manager

Job Summary

To ensure successful market launch and customer adoption, the remote Product Readiness Manager will manage operational infrastructure and cross-functional execution for new and rebuilt products, coordinating the Early Adopter Program and leading internal launch readiness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational execution of the Early Adopter Program, including scheduling, CRM tracking, and customer follow-up
• Maintain launch readiness frameworks and go/no-go checklists to prepare cross-functional teams for product releases
• Lead internal product launch evaluation programs, synthesizing feedback and ensuring communication with product and engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or program management
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience in SaaS or technology product environments preferred
• Clinical trial or life sciences industry experience preferred but not required
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional coordination without direct reporting authority
