Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Recruiter (Project Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of qualified talent for specialized Senior PM and Ecommerce PM roles
• Independently manage the candidate lifecycle from initial outreach to final negotiation
• Utilize expertise in ATS, AI-Sourcing, and CRM to provide data-driven insights and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of specialized experience in full-cycle technical/product recruitment
• Experience using ATS and AI-Sourcing software
• Operates as an independent contractor with own business entity
• Demonstrated ability to meet strict SLAs in a fast-paced environment
