Product Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on enabling other teams, the full-time remote Product Reliability Engineer will manage the full lifecycle of issues, build internal tooling for self-sufficiency, and enhance application performance while leveraging AI to improve processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the full lifecycle of issues: triage, diagnose, fix, and prevent high-impact problems across the product
• Build internal tooling to empower the Technical Success team, facilitating bulk operations and automation
• Enhance application performance through instrumentation, logging, and proactive monitoring

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications with Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript
• Proven experience in managing production issues end-to-end in a developer support or reliability role
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and their application in development processes
• Demonstrated high agency and ownership in problem-solving and project management
• Experience in a startup or scale-up B2B SaaS environment
