Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team in a fully remote capacity, the Product Research Manager will manage cybersecurity initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the development of automated solutions to counter evolving threats.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a cohesive, high-functioning team focused on trust, respect, and inclusion
• Collaborate with Product leadership and the Security Operations Center to develop the threat operations roadmap
• Provide technical and managerial leadership in various security disciplines while supporting team members' professional development

• Experience leading diverse cybersecurity teams with expertise in security research and development
• Ability to independently manage a capable cybersecurity team and drive talent acquisition
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively
• Proficient in utilizing AI to enhance research workflows and outcomes
