Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Researcher to drive customer discovery and inform product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 15-25 customer conversations weekly to gather insights on user needs and product fit
• Synthesize customer feedback into actionable product recommendations and prioritize development efforts
• Lead customer discovery for new product initiatives, providing clear insights on market viability and user requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product research, customer discovery, or related fields
• Technical background with an understanding of APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows
• Proven ability to synthesize customer insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Experience in early-stage product development or as a founder in the tech space
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and building customer discovery functions from scratch
