Product Safety Compliance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Safety & Compliance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to market surveillance activities and evaluate safety risks
• Support certification projects and oversee recurring certification activities
• Lead low and medium complexity product certification projects and present project updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of compliance or design related experience in electromechanical products
• Entry level knowledge of regulatory standards or governmental regulations
• Experience with participating in DFMEA sessions preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and make sound decisions
