Product Safety Regulatory Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Safety Process & Regulatory Readiness Coordinator (AI & Cyber).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the definition and rollout of Product Safety processes and procedures for AI-enabled products and cyber resilience
• Track regulatory developments related to the EU AI Act and Cyber Resilience Act and translate them into practical process impacts
• Engage with internal stakeholders to facilitate workshops and ensure accountability across teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• University degree in engineering, computer science, industrial management, or a comparable field
• Experience in coordination, program management, product safety, quality, regulatory, or compliance roles
• Familiarity with product lifecycle processes, system engineering, and cybersecurity concepts
• Experience in complex, global, cross-functional organizations
• Understanding of emerging regulatory topics such as AI governance and cyber resilience
